Operation: My Best Buddy

MATT is (then) 13 year old Azurah Bertrand's "Best Buddy". For the last 3 years Azurah has been spending every Saturday with his best Buddy Matt who resides at Northwoods Rehabilitation and Extended care facility, playing video games talking and sharing time together. Matt suffers from terminal Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.  We can all be involved in this simple act of love and compassion. Contact a children’s hospital or nursing home near you and become a best buddy to someone who needs a good friend.
