The Giving Circle and the Saratoga County Arts Council will be hosting an evening of Fun, Learning and Fundraising to Kick-off the Festival.
Please join us the evening before, on Saturday April 26, 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Arts Center - 320 BroadwayProgram will include Film and Panel Presentations with Al Showers, WLOX News Reporter Southern Mississippi, and Trudi Renwick, PhD of the Fiscal Policy Institute.
