13 year old Azurah's "Best Buddy" Matt resides in Northwoods Rehabilitation and Extended Care Facilities Az has spent every Saturday with Matt for the past two years. In October, 2006, The Giving Circle, Inc. provided Matt with helpful supplies. Please read the details of Operation: My Best Buddy.
