Waveland Mayor Tommy Longo presents Saratoga Springs Mayor Valerie Keehn with a Proclamation declaring October 7, 2006 as “Saratoga Springs, New York and The Giving Circle Day in Waveland, Mississippi”.  In the foreground, Al Showers records the event for WLOX evening newscast.
