We, the Undersigned, endorse the following petition: Keep WQRZ 103.5 fm radio Station at 4,000 watts Target: FCC and to whom it may concern Please help Hancock County keep WQRZ 103.5 fm radio Station at 4,000 watts. This is our only surviving local radio station in the County and has been the vital lifeline to our Community before, during, and after Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. Our community has been and still is very much devastated and we need our local radio station, the live broadcasts from the Hancock County Emergency Operations Center to continue to reach all of us still in need, of all resources available to continue our mitigation and further, for our protection throughout this upcoming Hurricane Season and for all Hazard Warnings throughout the year We also fully support HCARA, INC WQRZ's FCC petition seeking to upgrade to a full powered class a 6000 watt broadcast station to protect our underserved communities for safety of life, health, and property.
